Tenant Information

We let furnished and unfurnished properties throughout the Thanet area. Please register your requirements on our applicant register and will will contact you within 24 hours to provide you of suitable matches to your criteria.

When finding a property the first step of the letting process is to contact us and inform us of all your requirements, we will then find suitable properties for you to view, at a time and date of you convience. Once you have found the property you require, you will need to complete an application form and pay a holding fee of just £60.00 which will pay for all your referencing and credit checks. Some Landlords request a guarantor, but we will inform you of this upon application.

If the application is declined by the landlord, we will issue you with a full refund of the £60 administration fee. If you decide to not proceed with the property then you will forfeit the fee.

Rents are to be paid per calendar month from the day of your first signup. You will be fully responsible for all utilites i.e Gas, Electric, Council tax, water and telephone costs, if applicable.

Deposit is required, with a minimum of one months rent, must be paid direct to us the agent. We will hold this throughout the term of the tenancy. This is held to cover any loss of rent or damage should liablites fall under the term of your tenancy.

We will also contact all utilites before your move date, to inform them of your occupancy.
